Washington High
Schools The Washington High School National Academy of Information Technology hosts a series of two hands-on sessions to introduce students to some of the technologies that students in our academy explore. A session aimed at current 8th graders is held in early Fall and a session aimed at current 7th graders is held in early Spring. Dates for the Spring, 2003 session for 7th graders will be March 15 and March 22. Participants
have a chance to work with students and teachers who use these technologies.
The first session focuses on electronic publishing, and the second
session focuses on networking and programming. Students will also
meet one or more computer technology professionals each session. A
light breakfast snack (sweet rolls, milk, juice) will be provided. Focus on Electronic Publishing
