Early Admission
Program Information

Washington High School, located at 2525 N. Sherman Blvd, is structured into five college-prep, career-themed academies. They focus on academic rigor, collaborative project-based learning, and extensive exposure to business professionals leading to post-secondary education success. Three of these academies (Finance, Information Technology and Travel and Tourism) are associated with the National Academy Foundation. Nationally, they have a 99% graduation rate and a 90% rate of students advancing into post-secondary institutions.

Recent research conducted by Columbia University indicates that students involved in Academies are more likely to be successful in high school, feel like a part of a family in school, enroll in a college program in their career area and graduate from college and become successfully employed in their career area.
