Help with PDF files such as the Tonian Newsletter Your local ISP (Internet Service Provider) connection may be connecting to yet another national internet mail service causing incompatibility. "Mime" encoding or other encoding may be added by your ISP for security. Therefore, in addition to needing Adobe Acrobat Reader, which may be downloaded for free, you may also need free decoding software.
You will need to have reasonably current versions of the software noted above since older versions may not be able to "read upwards" to current versions. If you still have difficulty, please contact your "postmaster" at your ISP, for example, if your ISP is execpc.com, try sending an email to: postmaster@execpc.com They should be able to help you. Special Note: Before you print, please check your "Page Setup" under FILE to be sure that the "Percent" is 100%. It may be necessary to adjust the percent up or down to make it fit your printed page correctly. Marilyn
